1. Who we are

MustLotto (www.mustlotto.com) is operated by White Panther Enterprise LLC ("we", "us"). Contact: support@mustlotto.com.

2. What MustLotto is – and is not

MustLotto is a software tool that arranges numbers you choose into lottery tickets ("wheels"). We do not operate lotteries, sell lottery tickets, accept stakes or pay out winnings. You buy your tickets yourself from an authorised lottery operator. We are not affiliated with Powerball, Mega Millions, Eurojackpot, EuroMillions or any lottery operator; their names are used only to describe compatibility.

3. No promise of winnings

A wheel's guarantee (for example "match 3 if 4 of your numbers are drawn") is a mathematical property of the ticket arrangement. It applies only if all tickets of the wheel are played for the same draw and the stated condition is met. A matching combination does not guarantee a prize: prize tiers, amounts and rules are set by each lottery. Wheeling does not change the odds of any single ticket. Draw results shown on MustLotto are for information only – always check the official results.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to take part in lotteries where you live. You are responsible for complying with your local laws.

5. Your account

Provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. One account per person. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse the service or are used by bots.

6. Free and Premium plans

The free plan includes wheels with up to 10 numbers, printing, and saving and checking 1 wheel. Premium includes all wheels, unlimited saved wheels, CSV download and full statistics. Features may be changed or improved over time.

7. Subscriptions, payment and cancellation

Premium is a subscription for 1, 6 or 12 months that renews automatically at the end of each period at the price shown at purchase until you cancel. New members may receive a 7-day free trial; if you do not cancel before it ends, the first payment is charged. You can cancel at any time in your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Except where required by law, payments are not refundable.

8. Right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and UK

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of taking it out, without giving a reason, by telling us at support@mustlotto.com. The 14 days start when you subscribe (including any trial period). If you asked for Premium to start during the withdrawal period, you pay a proportionate amount for the time until you withdrew.

9. Acceptable use

You may not copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the wheel library or generated wheels at scale, use automated tools to access the site, attack its security, or use the service for anything unlawful. Wheels you generate are for your personal use.

10. Intellectual property

The website, the software and the wheel library are protected by copyright and remain ours.

11. Availability and liability

We provide MustLotto "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost winnings, tickets not bought or not entered, or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, in particular for intent or gross negligence, or any mandatory consumer rights.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will inform you of material changes by email or on the website at least 30 days before they apply to your subscription; if you do not agree, you can cancel.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and the courts in Florida have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may also bring claims before the courts where you live.
